Change Management Specialist – Provider & Agency Solutions
Location: Remote
Salary: $90-120k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a Change Management Specialist to develop and implement strategies for transitioning providers and agencies to new digital solutions. This role will support stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition planning for the Provider and Agency Hub. You will drive successful adoption of new systems by building buy-in, addressing resistance, and guiding stakeholders through every phase of change.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop change management strategies for digital transformation.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and build buy-in during requirements gathering.
  • Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support communication strategies for various user groups.
  • Plan transition from paper-based to digital processes.
  • Collaborate with product management and State teams.
  • Document change management recommendations for implementation.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years in Change Management Specialist role; 3+ completed projects.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for technology projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with government agencies or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale process transformation.
  • Understanding of government technology adoption challenges.
Nice To Have:
  • Change management certification CCMP or Prosci preferred.
  • Product management certifications (CPM, CSPO, Product School, ACPMPO, SAFe POPM, or similar).
