Product Manager – Provider & Agency Solutions
Location: Remote
Salary: $110-150k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a Product Manager to support our client in expanding their Provider and Agency Hub. This role will lead requirements gathering and user story development for regulatory compliance and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of provider and agency digital services, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and compliant with evolving regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements and business sessions with State subject matter experts to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with providers, licensing agencies, county agencies, legal staff, and technical teams.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with State product managers for alignment and consistency.
  • Organize and prioritize product backlogs using MoSCoW methodology.
  • Ensure user stories meet criteria and focus on user needs.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops for new license types.
  • Document workflows and create comprehensive requirements documentation.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years in a Product Manager role; 2+ completed projects as Product Manager.
  • Expertise in product management and requirements gathering for complex technology solutions.
  • Experience with public sector projects, preferably in human services or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong Agile and user story development skills.
  • Advanced facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of human services licensing or regulatory compliance systems preferred.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce/Public Sector Solutions preferred.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM), CSPO, Product School, ACPMPO, or SAFe POPM.
